No. The mine and its entrance are not wheelchair accessible.
The tour takes approximately 35–45 minutes.

During high season, the café offers light hot lunch options. The café also serves coffee, pastries, soft drinks and ice cream.
Upon presentation of a valid companion certificate, companions are granted free admission to guided tours. This does not apply to other events or activities. When booking tickets online, select “Children 0–3 years” for free admission. A service fee of SEK 10 always applies. Companion certificates may be checked on site.
No. As the mine covers 20,000 square metres, it can only be visited as part of a guided tour.
Yes, tickets for guided tours, activities, special events and themed tours can be purchased via the website. BOOK TICKETS HERE!
Payment by card or cash is accepted. Swish is not accepted.
No. For safety reasons, prams are not allowed in the mine.
No. Dogs are not permitted inside the mine, but are welcome outdoors if kept on a lead. They are not allowed indoors.

The right of withdrawal under the Distance Selling Act does not apply to ticket purchases. Once the purchase has been completed, it is binding.
If you have purchased cancellation insurance, a refund may be possible provided the cancellation meets the insurance terms. Please note that the insurance company requires documentation supporting the reason for cancellation. Contact Nortic.

Yes, we offer two cabins for overnight stays, as well as pitches for caravans and motorhomes.
